WHEN PEOPLE DO NOT TRUST THEMSELVES, THEY TEND

When people do not trust themselves, they tend to seek help from the rest. Its good to hear other peoples opinions, as long as you do not allow them to make the final decision for you. The important thing, Whats most important to you and what works best for you. If you feel ambivalent, take the time to listen to your intuition. That little voice inside you will guide you, if Youre quiet enough to hear it. An important part of my coaching training learned to listen to your intuition. We were instructed how coaches listen carefully, and then blurted out everything that little voice saying to us. Then we will ask the customer to confirm the validity of our intuition. Sometimes we were wrong, but more often than not, we were right. So, how do you know if you can trust your intuition? You wont until you start testing it out. The more you find that quiet voice, to be precise, the more you begin to trust yourself. Put that little voice in some tests. When you feel you are not the solution, to listen to what your intuition says.

Do not let your fears or other protective mechanisms in the way. Go with your gut and see how things turn out. Every time your intuition is accurate, write the solution in the journal so that you can begin to see that you can really trust myself. Do not worry if sometimes you’re wrong.
